Tom DeWeese is the founder and president of the American Policy Center and American Policy Foundation.  Tom has been involved in organizing grassroots organizations across the USA for many years.  Tom is an advocate of individual liberty, free enterprise, and private property rights, and has written several books on these topics as well as The Activist's Handbook.

"I want to make sure this talk is not just rhetoric.  My main message will be this: The opposition will not give up, ever.  They will not accept defeat.  They are planning new strategies right now- especially at the local level to pressure local governments to impose their agenda."
